Exchanging & Returned Items

The customer has the right to annul an online purchase made on this website within 14 days without having to provide any justification for his decision. The 14-day revocation period starts from the day on which the goods are delivered to the customer, or an authorized recipient.
To exercise his right of withdrawal from the contract, the customer can either fill in the online form below or download a standard form and send it to olleTog GmbH either by post or e-mail (address: info@olletog.com).

Please Note:
Return shipments must be accompanied by the payment receipt!
The customer will carry the costs of a return shipment. In the event of an exchange, he will also bear the cost of having the replacement product shipped to him.

Products such as personalized products, sealed products, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or for hygiene reasons. Sale goods are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
