* If multiple products are ordered, the longest stated delivery times apply. On request, we can also ship some of the items as soon as they are finished. For part deliveries, additional shipping costs apply. Depending on the article, you will be informed in advance by e-mail.

4. DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT & INCORRECT DELIVERIES

If the goods ordered arrive damaged on delivery, please immediately refer your complaint to our customer service. If damage is detected on delivery, please immediately the forwarding agent know that the item is accepted with reservation only.
Damaged packaging must be kept and, if possible, photographed together with the damaged article.
Incorrect deliveries must be immediately reported to our customer service.

5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery costs vary, depending on the country. Current shipping rates are shown separately in the shopping cart. Delivery is CPT or DAP (Incoterms 2010).
